The built in AI or Artifical Intelligence means that this special WiFi outdoor surveillance camera can tell the difference between what is human, what is a vehicle or an animal.  In other words it's designed to disregard movement not related to a person or vehicle.

This 1080P night vision security camera can be mounted anywhere even upside down if you choose. Functions include motion detection recording, SD and/or cloud recording plus IR or white LED night vision. You control the camera functions from your smart phone App and select preferred B/W IR night vision or white adjustable LED vision for colour recording by night.  IR is perhaps more discreet but LED serves two purposes. Other than recording in colour, should an intruder suddenly see a bright light plus a camera speaker audio warning, the games up pal, time to get out of there.

This 1080P Smart Battery Camera has an easy to setup and install.  Ideal for any purpose provided the camera is mounted within range of your home or office WiFi network. The camera App also supports multi cameras and sharing. Please note your router must be set to 2.4Ghz as most WiFi security cameras do not function on the 5Ghz frequency.

If the security camera becomes disconnected from the WiFi network or reception drops out, it will still record etc but you won’t have remote phone access until WiFi is restored. Remove the optional concealed camera SD card and replay the stored audio and video recordings on PC USB. No software required as VLC or Windows media Player both support AVI files. With WiFi enabled, all saved video recording can be remotely accessed from anywhere.

Powered by an internal and rechargeable lithium battery (Hidden Camera surveillance will provide a 5V USB charger at no extra cost) the camera battery can function for up to 6 months on just one charge anyway. The smart phone App will display smart camera battery level when logged in.

Each camera has a PIR motion which can sense motion up to 10m away.  This triggers the Smart WiFi Camera to video and audio record and send a push alert to your phone if desired. Once you receive the push alert with a picture attached, touch the alert to instantly playback the recording from anywhere in the world. 

Motion detection means the camera is in sleep mode when not recording or sensing motion, but the sensor is always on guard looking for motion to trigger an instant wakeup. Motion detection extends battery power so the more often the camera is recording or remotely accessed, the faster it consumes battery power. That’s not to say it can’t be plugged into power. If power is handy at the camera location, use our Australian 5V USB power supply or optional solar panel meaning no need to battery recharge at all.

What happens when the memory card is full?
When the card is full and it will take some time, auto recycle kicks in and that means recordings will commence over writing from the earliest recording date.  In this regard after some time the card is always full, but you could potentially have months of stored recordings at any one time.  In those times where an incident was recorded and needs to be saved, the authorised user may look at the recording and save as many recording events as you like, directly to mobile phone memory or PC HDD.

 How high should I mount the WiFi battery security camera?
Ideally between 2 to 3.5m but it’s fundamentally important to tilt the camera bracket down a little so the camera has a point of ground reference rather than aimed at the horizon with no point of reference. The PIR motion sensor has various sensitivity however, the camera can detect motion up to approximately 10m depending on the size of the person or object.

Try not to aim the camera directly at a bright light and where possible avoid moving tree and shrub branches.

Is this WiFi outdoor battery powered security camera available with a Solar Panel?
Whilst the internal batteries are quite powerful and can keep the camera fully functional for 6-12 months on just one battery charge, our optional solar panel is available by order only. Please call our office for more information if needed.
