Discreetly built into the speaker is a tiny WiFi module, a 2 megapixel pinhole lens hidden camera and miniature microphone. The authorised user (App access can be shared with others) can live view the hidden camera from anywhere in the world. But wait there's more.  When viewing the camera LIVE from your mobile phone, the user may swipe left or right to silently and discreetly rotate the camera head up to 330 degrees in either direction but it doesn't end there. No Glow Invisible IR (Infra Red) night vision. Yes that’s right, this camera can see and record even in a total darkness using built in night vision up to 3M. Absolutely amazing and oh so covert! 

This Stereo Music Speaker 1080P HD WiFi Spy Camera is like nothing else. If you have any concerns about introducing something new into a home or office, a Nursing Home perhaps, what could be better?  Its fully functional as a music speaker (sounds brilliant by the way) and it has an internal rechargeable lithium battery which can keep the speaker and WiFi functional for 10 hours or more. However, it can also be connected to a power point for longer term use. If power is switched off for any reason, it will still function for 10 hours regardless. 

Can this Spy Camera also record?
At the end of the day, this is it's main purpose because the working music speaker is predominantly a spy camera decoy. The speaker conceals an optional micro SD memory card up to 128GB. When motion is detected it will record at 1-5 minute intervals until motion ceases. It then saves those motion events to the internal memory card. Continuous or Scheduled recording are both App supported as well.

Scheduled recording is a handy App function in the sense that an authorised user may set the camera recording to arm and disarm at times of choice.  For instance, the user may prefer that motion detection recording is only enabled between the hours of 5pm and 7am. At all other times, no matter often movement is detected, it won't record.

To the naked eye, no one but no one will find it no matter how hard you look. After all, this is a real and fully functional music speaker so to any suspicious prying eye, good luck with that. 

How do I playback Video & Audio Recordings?
It actually rather easy and there are several means.  As you know, each time motion is detected which could be up to 10m+ from the camera, it will record from 1-5 minutes so if there is continual movement of say 30 minutes then it will record all 30 minutes anyway.  To remotely access the camera recordings, login to the device from your password protected App, touch the playback tab to see a list of motion detection events, all time and date stamped to the minute and second.

So from anywhere in the world, not only is it possible to view the camera live and listen in, the user/s may look at the list of motion detection events and playback those recordings.  If any event is of particular interest or needed, download that video event to your phone memory where it won't ever be lost and of course can be shared or saved.  When the SD memory card is full, the App allows for the user to select Loop or Recycle Recording or STOP recording when full.  If Loop Recording is selected, when the SD card is full it will auto overwrite from the earliest recording date.

Can I be alerted if motion is detected?
Absolutely yes.  This 1080P Music Speaker Hidden Camera supports motion push alerts, similar to a txt but in this case the App triggers a phone alert or chime. This function can be switched of/off as you choose but the point is yes you can be given an instant "heads up" that the camera is detecting motion.  

What if I don't have WiFi?
To access this camera remotely, the camera must be in a WiFi zone and you must know the WiFi router password.  If you like the idea of the camera but don't have WiFi or no need for remote access, this camera also supports P2P mode.  P2P basically means that this spy camera can communicate directly with your phone App provided you are within 10-20m of the camera.  In this regard users may view and set the camera to carry out certain recording tasks without the need for WiFi or Internet. With no WiFi of couse users have no remote camera access but users DO have local remote access to the camera and recordings.

On the other hand, the micro SD memory card can be removed from the camera at any time and recording replayed, viewed and saved to PC so there are plently of options.
