WiFi Clock Weather Station Hidden Camera

This Weather Station and Clock Hidden Camera is amazing and quite real.

It collects data such as temperature and barometric pressure displayed to LED but it's also a working Clock. Built into the Weather Station monitor is a hidden high-resolution 1080P HD pinhole camera and a tiny audio microphone. In fact it just happens to support two way audio if ever needed.  

This Clock weather station is colour by day or in decent light however, it also supports No Glow IR which is B/W by night. In other words this hidden security camera can see and record in total darkness at 720 or 1080P resolution but with no tell tail red IR glow. The IR is invisible to the naked eye.

If you have suspicions and need to know what is going on behind your back, Hidden Camera Surveillance offers a wide range of WiFi and DVR (non WiFi) security spy camera options as well. This particular hidden cam has a built in mini WiFi module supporting both Android and IOS mobile phones.  

With a live time and date stamped phone camera view, this allows the authorised user to change and set recording functions from anywhere without the need to physically touch the camera.  This spy camera is remotely accessed via WiFi, Local P2P, from another WiFi location or you're mobile phone network.  

Each camera App supports password access preventing unauthorised access. Whilst this hidden camera sits discreetly on your local WiFi network, only you have access however, access can be password shared with others if desired. No other non authorised WiFi user will have any knowledge of the camera. This covert device will only appear as a long series of letters and numbers with no reference to anything hidden. So don’t be concerned others could potentially see the camera, they won't.

WiFi 1080P HD No Glow IR Clock Spy Camera supports an internal and concealed micro SD card up to 128GB capacity.  The SD card will auto overwrite when full. Please note customers are most welcome to supply their own micro SD card but it’s recommended that we supply when ordering.  We only use selected Class 10 or better known brands. If the SD card is not up to standard, it can affect recording quality. I don't have WiFi. Can I still use the camera?
This Weather Station and LED Clock Spy Camera supports both P2P and WiFi. So what does this mean? If you like the look of our clever weather station and clock spy camera, and you have a mobile phone but no WiFi or prefer not to use WiFi for whatever reason, yes this hidden camera supports P2P which basically means a local wireless camera to mobile phone LAN connection.

P2P (Peer to Peer) isn't WiFi but works on a similar principal with the exception that you won't have REMOTE camera access.  You may view the camera locally anytime on your mobile phone (must have the App and password etc) but it means that you can access all camera functions and recordings etc provided you are within a 5-20m range of the camera. You may set the camera to record upon motion etc then walk away.  The camera will still function as it's designed but to access the camera again, you need to be in range of the camera.  Locally access the camera LIVE, playback recordings on your phone or if preferred, remove the concealed memory card and replay recordings on your PC. We provide an SD card USB card reader with each camera for that purpose.

If on the other hand WiFi is available and you prefer to have remote camera access, simply access the App WiFi settings, enable WiFi using the WiFi access password and then you can see the camera live from anywhere. In a nutshell, yes this spy camera supports both.  Call for more information.

Can this Weather Station Spy Camera alert me if motion is detected?
Yes of course. Provided notifications are enabled in your phone settings and the camera is connected to WiFi, push alerts can be received each time motion is detected.

How does Motion Detection work?
Motion detection is simply an inbuilt algorithm wherein should the camera detect motion within its visual image zone; this is the trigger to record. The App settings will ask how long would you like to record upon motion i.e. a few seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute or longer? 

The setup will also ask you at what quality you would like to record say 1080P or 720P or lower.  The higher the recording quality the more memory space it uses but you have the option. 

Can I Constantly Record even if there is No Motion?
Yes our 1080P Clock Weather Station Spy Camera can be set to constantly record should you choose to but we find this is often a waste of SD card space. It also means searching for activity takes considerable time, as users need to sift through potentially hours of nothing.  To do that it might be wise to remove the SD card from the clock, connect to PC or MAC and playback your recordings using Windows Media Player or VLC player.

Can I remotely listen in to audio conversations from my mobile phone?
It’s a question often asked and rightly so. Yes you can listen in but do take into account that live audio quality is very much subject to WiFi quality. Listening and/or viewing remote quality over LAN, P2P or 3G is largely determined by network upload and download speed.

The camera is of course recording motion activated audio and video to the concealed internal SD card so there's nothing to stop you viewing or uploading a recorded video/audio clip to your mobile phone or PC.  Once downloaded, the video and audio file will be real time.

The short answer is yes you can listen in live and view live but the speed and quality is very much dependent on network speeds.  HCS takes no responsibility for network performance or remote access issues. We endeavour to assist where we can otherwise please consult an IT professional.  In most instances that won’t be necessary.

I'm not tech savvy so how easy is it to use?
It’s actually quite simple. Our Apps not only supports this camera but many other WiFi hidden Cameras including WiFi Clocks and AC Power Adapters, Dummy Routers, Wireless phone Docking Stations even a WiFi Photo Frame.

Connect this Clock & Weather Station Hidden Camera to a power point if you like or it can be battery powered for several hours, but make sure the WiFi router is on. Hidden Camera Surveillance will provide each purchasing customer with a detailed English manual showing not just step by step screenshots but detailed information easy to understand. We can always assist by phone if needed where others won't. 

Can the LED be Switched Off?
If the LED isn't required and you prefer that visual time and weather information etc is NOT displayed, a long press of the 12H/24H LED Display button at the rear of the device, will switch the LED off.  The spy camera will remain armed but not the LED.
