The Concept: It uses a WiFi data network to transmit sound. It uses a quality microphone to pick up audio and ambient noise, converting them into digital files. This is the core function of the device. Unlike a camera that captures video, this is specialized for sound.

The Benefit: Listen to live audio or download recordings from anywhere in the world provided the device receives a decent WiFi signal.

Example: Open your phone App and hear what’s happening in the office in real-time. It’s like the "Voice Memos" app on your iPhone, but inside a piece of hardware designed to stay powered on for long periods.

How the System Works

• The Concept: The device utilizes an optimized wireless data network to securely manage files. Its sensitive integrated microphone captures voices and ambient sounds during security events, converting them into secure digital files. Unlike a camera that captures video, this hardware is highly specialized for dedicated sound logging.

• The Benefit: Authorized users can securely download or review recorded audio logs from anywhere in the world, provided the hardware receives a stable WiFi signal.

• Example: If an alarm is triggered, you can open your smartphone application to review the recorded audio file to verify the event in real-time. It functions similarly to a professional digital dictation machine, but is housed in hardware optimized for long-term property protection.

Ambient background noise can be configured to trigger automatic event logging. Authorized users can easily enable or disable real-time push notifications via the application whenever audio volume crosses a specific decibel (dB) threshold.

Real-Time Security Management

Standard voice recorders simply save data to an internal card, requiring manual retrieval and physical connection to a PC. Our WiFi security system supports both secure Cloud uploads and an optional internal Micro SD memory card (selectable at checkout). Authorized users can remotely access the secure storage infrastructure to review, stream, or download chronological logs.

The internal storage card can also be removed for direct manual playback on a PC or Mac. Because the system transmits optimized audio data rather than heavy video streams, it operates highly efficiently, using minimal network bandwidth (approximately 8MB per hour of active recording).

Our free smartphone application ("Audio Monitor") or desktop software ("Audio Widget") allows you to configure the system time, date, and active operational parameters. Customers receive a detailed, easy-to-follow setup guide with visual screenshots, along with a standard 5V USB power supply to recharge the device or power it continuously for long-term deployment.

Power Management & Battery Life

Remote application access and active cloud uploads utilize battery power during operations. For continuous, long-term commercial deployment, we recommend keeping the unit connected to a permanent 5V USB power supply.

Battery duration depends entirely on your remote access frequency, recording schedules, and upload configurations.

• Continuous Active Mode: When configured for constant recording and network sync, the internal battery provides up to 6–7 hours of continuous operation before requiring a 3-to-4-hour recharge.

• Acoustic Standby Mode: When configured for Voice Activation Only, the system can achieve up to 7 days of standby operation on a single charge. In this configuration, the unit stays in a low-power hibernation state. When sound levels cross your predefined decibel (dB) threshold, the system automatically activates to log the event for a preset duration (such as 60 seconds). Once the ambient area falls silent, the device automatically returns to energy-saving sleep mode.

All configuration options are completely at the user's discretion. Settings are managed by connecting the device to a PC or Mac via the supplied USB cable, modifying parameters inside the companion software utility, and saving the profile. All audio logs are automatically stamped with an unalterable time and date watermark to ensure absolute audit authenticity.

Selectable Operational Profiles

Outside of active recording schedules, the system maintains an automated standby state to conserve power. Users can choose between three distinct power-saving profiles to balance battery conservation with network responsiveness:

1. Continuous Mode: The device maintains a constant network connection for on-demand verification. This mode supports loop recording (automatically overwriting the oldest local data when the storage card is full).

2. Power Saving Mode A (Standby Current: 1.6mA/h): The device maintains an efficient network state for rapid system access. Upon voice activation, the device logs the event for a minimum of 1 minute and transmits a real-time push notification to your smartphone. This setting offers up to approximately 14 days of standby operation, depending on ambient environment activity.

3. Power Saving Mode B (Standby Current: 1mA/h): This is our most energy-efficient configuration. The network module checks in within 1 minute of a sound-triggered event. Upon activation, the system logs the event for a pre-selected duration (1–30 minutes) and sends a notification to your connected device. This framework allows for up to approximately 20 days of standby operation.
