SD Memory Card Storage

Audio files are stored to a removable Micro SD card concealed within the Pen's slimline body.  A 32 GB SD card is supplied which is more than enough to save over 20 hours of audio recordings.  The SD card can be removed from the Pen, and voice files played on Windows or Mac computer.  Most programs such as Windows Media Player or VLC will play the recordings from PC or MAC in high quality.  Any particular recording you need to keep, just save it to PC.

Also included with your Digital Pen Voice Recorder are ear phones ideal for listening to recordings both privately and discreetly.  It not just a voice recorder by the way, download your favorite music playlist and with the earphones, listen to your music any time.  This device also allows for advancing through your list and pausing audio etc

Can I write with the Pen?
Yes. You can put pen to paper and write normally. Note: Because part of the pen housing contains the precision digital audio components, the ink cartridge is shorter than a standard pen, so we recommend using it primarily for key note-taking and audio dictation rather than your primary high-volume writing instrument.

Are there any status lights or alerts while recording?
To prevent audio interference and keep the design sleek for professional meetings, the status indicator turns off during continuous recording. In voice-activation mode, a subtle status LED remains visible to indicate when audio is actively being detected.

How is the audio stored?
Audio recordings are saved directly to the high-speed onboard internal storage.

Can I play back the audio on a Mac computer?
Yes. The Audio Recorder Pen is fully plug-and-play compatible with both Windows PC and Mac systems. (Note: System time and date configuration utilities require a Windows PC for initial setup). Audio files can be played back directly over USB or by using a compatible memory card reader.
