Wall Clock DVR 1080P Hidden Camera including motion detection recording with audio. This high resolution mini wall or desk clock spy camera is also a fully functional clock but with one big difference. Built into the clock face is a concealed pinhole camera and miniature microphone plus a hidden micro SD card memory slot with an internal rechargeable lithium battery.
This Hidden Clock Camera can function in standby mode up to 3-4 months. No messy cabling or power needed, just wall or desk mount wherever you like, switch it on and it's ready to record HD Video and Audio each time motion is detected.
This mini Wall & Desk Clock 1080P DVR hidden camera is ideal for any home or office. Simply wall mount anywhere but it does come with an adjustable mini stand for table or desk mounting. This is a fully functional battery operated Wall Clock so it won't look out of place at home or an office. The internal Lithium-Ion internal battery is rechargeable and powers the built in pinhole camera and DVR. The clock is powered by a separate AA battery so the clock will function even if the camera battery needs a recharge. The camera battery will keep the DVR (Digital Video Recorder) functioning in standby mode for several months on just one battery charge however, battery charge capacity depends on how often motion is detected or how often the camera is recording. If wall power is available, it can be powered as well. It only takes a few hours to recharge the battery anyway.

The built in and cleverly concealed colour pinhole camera provides a perfect 90 degree wide angle with a slightly downward 15 degrees view. In this regard, if the camera is wall mounted and you feel it might be too high, the 15 degree downward view will compensate ideally for height. The clock ought to be mounted at about eye level. Supplied with a wireless remote control the camera recording can be armed and disarmed at times that you choose.

How does the recording work?
Once the micro Class 10 or better SD card is slotted into the side of the clock and the device is switched on, this will add a small file to the SD card. The file allows the user to change camera functions. For example, select 1080P resolution. 1080P is HD but this resolution uses memory faster. Nothing to be concerned about as the internal memory card will auto overwrite when full however, users may also select 720P or 480P if preferred. Why alter recording quality? 720P is still very good in terms of recording quality but 720P uses SD card memory half as fast as 1080P and if set to the lower 480P, again it just means you have 4 x the memory capacity before it begins to overwrite or recycle recording.
All recordings are time and date stamped as well meaning when you view the camera recordings on PC or MAC (USB SD card reader supplied) the video will depict the exact time and date of the recording.
What about motion Detection how do I set that?
Remember the camera will add a small file to your SD memory card. When you open this file on PC or MAC, it will show you the various recording options. Other than setting recording resolution as explained above, it all also provides for other functions to be altered. By default each time motion is detected it will record for 3 minutes non stop. If there is further motion it will record for another 3 minutes and so on.
Users can however, change recording duration upon sensing motion anywhere from 1-10 minutes. Loop or recycle recording can also be switched on/off depending on your preference. Motion detection sensitivity may also be adjusted from highest, high, medium or low so if you have a dog or cat, if motion sensitivity is set to low, then motion from a small animal may not trigger the camera to record but a person will.
