This mat black alloy sports watch is not just fully functional as a time watch but conceals a hidden camera and Listening Device.  The pinhole lens is well hidden and for all intents, what looks like a sports or diving watch, doubles as a fully functional time watch.  This Watch Spy Camera has 2 internal batteries. One battery powers the time and is non rechargeable, same as a standard watch, whilst the secondary rechargeable lithium battery powers the camera.

Customers often assume when wearing the watch that the recording will be upside down.  In fact, that’s not the case. The pinhole lens is located directly beneath 12 O’clock and if resting you’re left arm at a lower stomach position, the wide angle 90 degree viewing is correct.  Just like any other watch, the black divers rubber compound wrist band can be jeweler changed for any other preferred wrist band.

Is motion detection recording supported? 
Yes our new Super HD Sports Watch Camera supports constant or motion detection recording. Naturally if wearing the watch, any subtle movement will be considered motion anyway. However, assuming the watch is NOT being worn and perhaps placed on a stable or flat table, if someone moves within a 5m camera range, this will cause the body worn watch spy camera to record HD video and audio for a pre defined time.  When motion ceases recording will stop and when motion resumes, so too will recording.  

Enabling motion detection recording doesn't mean the internal camera battery will conserve power. Even though motion detection is enabled, the camera is armed and will consume battery power regardless of whether motion is detected or not.

Can this watch camera record audio only?
Yes it does support audio only recording.

Can this watch cam record still pictures only?
Yes another supported watch spy camera function. Not only can it take picture after picture at the press of a watch button, the JPEG time and date stamped picture quality is an amazing 4252 x 3264 resolution.

Is the recording upside down?
No, if wearing the watch on your wrist keeping your arm/hand at a stable lower stomach position, the recording will be correct aspect when viewed. Its important when wearing the this divers wrist watch hidden camera to avoid movement as much as possible and avoid external noise such as TV volume or traffic noise etc. 

Charging the watch camera battery?
Built into the watch are 2 x mini lithium batteries. One battery powers the face watch time and the other battery powers the pinhole camera recorder so the 2 batteries are separate. The time watch battery will need to be jeweler replaced now and then (same as any other watch) however, the spy camera battery is charged via PC USB with the supplied charging lead or a 5V USB power adapter. The lithium recorder battery is not a replaceable and over time it will deteriorate the same as any other battery. When the standard time battery needs to be replaced, advise the jeweler this is also a spy camera. Some jewelers may be reluctant to replace the watch battery and others will take all care but no responsibility.

How long will the watch camera battery record?
It's  question often asked but generally between 60-75 minutes before needing a recharge. There are certain factors to take into account which can impact recording duration such as how many times the camera is switched on/off, if being worn or in a static position, lighting conditions, the amount of movement or activity etc. All can impact recording duration so proper testing needs to be conducted before taking the watch camera into a sensitive situation.
