Pictured below is the HD DVR Ribbon Spy Camera. Note the pinhole lens attached to the end of the flexi ribbon. Hide lens behind something of your choice but leave a tiny hole or gap for the lens can see. The remainder of the camera will be completely hidden or concealed. As the lens has a 15cm flexi lead, it's then rather easy to conceal inside say a tissue box, a desk drawer, wardrobe, clothing, an empty cigarette pack or some old discarded packing box.

The point is, it doesn't really matter where it's hidden but how. Rather than introducing something new into the home or office, this is DIY hidden camera module so think about it, where can it be discreetly hidden so no one will notice? 

Connected to the DVR is a high capacity lithium Ion rechargeable battery. The supplied battery can keep the camera functioning in motion detection mode for up to 12 hours on one charge but it can also be also connected to a 5V USB phone adapter. The adapter will not just power the camera but charge the supplied Lithium battery.  However, if you intend to power this camera for longer term use, we recommend disconnecting the battery. If power isn't available but you happen have a powerbank, that's another power option to consider.

The camera housing pictured above has a tiny slide switch on the side. This switch enables motion detection recording or constant recording. Simply select your preferred recording method and no need for an App. 

All recordings are time and date stamped to the second. With a PC or MAC, replay saved SD card recordings with the supplied USB lead. Otherwise remove the SD card and use an USB SD card reader.  Windows Media Player or VLC are both fine.

When the SD card is full the camera will auto over write from the earliest recording date so no need to format the SD card or delete recordings. SD Card 
At this website checkout customers may order an optional micro SD card for video and audio recording. Micro SD cards range in size from 32 -64GB. If ordered, we bench test your camera, leave a video and audio test recording on the card, preset the time and date and recording parameters. For instance this camera supports HD 1080P and 720P recording. HD resolution uses SD card memory at about 20MB/minute although 720P is about half. Nothing wrong with 720P, the recording it's just a slightly smaller video file size. 

This spy camera will auto add a small time.txt file to the SD card. The time file allows for various recording settings including motion recording duration. It also allows for Recycle recording or STOP recording when full. It also sets the video recording time and date stamp which we will set for you.

If customers choose to use their own SD card that's fine. if the card has been used before and for any purpose, it must be FAT32 formatted before use with this device.
